Do you or any Veteran that you know need the services of an outreach program ran by fellow Soldiers?

I know it's hard for Soldiers to ask for help. Myself and another Soldier have founded the Tri-State Warrior Outreach, located in Quincy, IL. If there any vets in the Tri-State area and need help with unmet needs, please contact or fiscal sponsor at the United Way of Adams County.

Yes when I moved from CA to MA I registered with the Veterans Affairs Office in the Foxboro MA City Hall. The Veterans Advocate Representative was extremely helpful. He recommend the VA Hospital in West Roxbury and showed me the different markers for my grave. And also said he would make arrangement to have the Marine Corps attend my funeral. So I thanked him & hope I will not need his help for my military funeral for a few more years..

I am familiar with the Vet Center however I'm not eligible for assistance from them because I did not deploy overseas or was not sexually abused or harased. I hope this would not be a requirement for other outreach progams. I see doctors at the VA Oncology & mental health clincs. That shoud be referral enough.
