As I age, I discover that the price needed to induce me to bend down to the ground is growing higher. A penny? No amount of "Good Luck" will induce me to pick it up. A nickel, a dime, or a quarter? Likely not. A half dollar? Maybe out of curiosity. Paper money? What denomination? Anything greater than a ten is likely counterfeit. And, if the wind's blowing, I'm not chasing it, even if it's a hundred.

Preach!

I have probably about 20 pennies outside my side door. They have been there for about 6 months. And They ain't moving on *my* account.

I literally pick up the bin and dump any remaining coins into my hand.

Of course, I rarely travel by air - but the same principal holds for the courtoom scanners and I frequent those.
