So I find myself talking with friends and they like to laugh at me because I love my dodge and I stand behind dodge. They say that the foreign made cars are better. I don't agree so I'm asking everyone what they like. American made or foreign vehicles?

Totally an American Brand car buyer myself. It's about the brand name and not the so called "made in America". Parts of vehicles are made all over the place and then they are maybe assembled in the US. It is really hard to buy a car that is totally made in the US. I would however buy a BMW X5, my dream car, and they are assembled in South Carolina.

Unfortunately, the majority of our American made cars are made with foreign parts. But, when you buy American, you are keeping jobs in America, so I say buy whatever you want and what you can afford. I personally will buy American. Both my cars and my motorcycle are American, but I have owned foreign vehicles too.

I prefer the American branded vehicles. Can't beat a solid Chevy Silverado for all around use truck. My wife loves her Chey Imapala. Both have a reputation for lasting many years. When I get a new truck it will be a Chevy again. I just like the Chevy brand as that is what I grew up with and have driven ever since.
