Do you think all PX/Commissaries should have security?

I live in Beaver County, PA and we have a PX/Commissary about 10 minutes from me. I recently contacted my Congressman because due to budget constraints, the Armed MP that normally patrols the property during business hours is no longer able too. I think this puts not only our service members and veterans safety at risk, but also their families. Especially since there's a major Air Force Base nearby and the PX/Commissary's close proximity to a major International Airport. What are your thoughts? Do you think it should be a high priority for budget money to be set aside to allow for the payment of an Armed MP at these facilities?

I believe there should be, just in case someone gets stupid and tries to rob the place.

I believe it's a necessary use of funds it's tied to national security it's federally run installation with families and service members all can be labeled as priority targets for terrorism that could be grounds for it.

It's next to an Expeditionary Support Command Reserve Center. Very Large reserve center across the road from a very large Air Force Reserve Base.

Lol. 911th TAG is NOT a large base... 316th ESC is in a decent sized Reserve Center, though.
Nice to hear that they moved the commissary out of Oakdale; that building was way too small.
