Do you think illegal immigrants should be able to use welfare/public assistance?

Considering all the illegal immigrants in this country, do you think they should be able to use welfare or public assistance considering they aren't citizens and that many working Americans are denied welfare or public assistance.

Why does this keep coming up? The law excluding immigrants receiving welfare benefits was enacted on Aug 22, 1996. In part it says:
LPRs entering after Aug. 22, 1996 are not eligible for food stamps or SSI. However, they can apply for Medicaid and TANF benefits five years after entering the country legally, and are then allowed benefits at each state's discretion. States may use the maintenance of effort requirement to serve post-1996 legal immigrants who would be eligible for TANF if not for the five-year bar. In addition, the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 restored immigrants' access to food stamps.
Refugees and asylees are eligible for benefits seven years after their date of entry.
Nonimmigrants and undocumented immigrants are barred from receiving benefits. They are eligible, however, for public health, emergency services, and programs identified by the attorney general as necessary for the protection of life and safety.

No. I think welfare needs to be workfare unless you are disabled and then it's disability and a different thing. No company in the world pays you based on your family size so that needs to stop. As well. You have four kids? Good for you, learn to budget what you earn. You can't work because you have kids? Bullshit! Bring your kids to the welfare office which are now day care where this month you drop off your kids and go out and do something of value and the other half watches kids and next month you swap, Pay them in cash. They don't take care of their kids? Jail them and out kids in foster homes. This crack of giving people something for nothing needs to stop. We have tons of people doing volunteer work that this new labor force can do instead. Clean streets. Crosswalk guard. Elderly centers. You name it

There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. If they are here illegally, they are illegal aliens, criminals, thieves, and/or cheaters. Pick any term other than whatever silly term the media are pushing onto us to play on the emotions of the weak-minded. The answer is "no". No, they do not deserve anything other than a one-way ticket to a) wherever they came from or b) wherever their criminal parents who put them into this situation came from.

I lean left on a lot of stuff, but not here. You don't pay into the taxes (all of them) then you don't get the services they provide. you obey the laws of the nation if you want to take part in its benefits.

ANYONE and I mean ANYONE seriously trying to support letting ANY ILLEGAL including the low lifes that odummer and the demoncrats are trying to force on us under a different name is very seriously committing TREASON. OUR founding Fathers SHOWED us what to do right after the Revolutionary War and that was to KICK out all none Americans even those that helped us beat the Brits.
And we are NOT getting refugees we are getting combatants that gov. ESP demoncRATS and LIBERALS *all of them are the same* as the REAL numbers on muslim Terrorists ARE a FULL 97-98 percent of ALL MUSLIMS ARE TERRORISTS. A FULL 47 percent of them are all about the hands one murdering and or trying to take over countries and the rest of that 97-98% FULLY SUPPORT what the 47 percent is doing. And that means they are supplying them with what they need to MURDER US and others and morally and physically support them by hiding them until the time to attack happens.
That said ALL MUSLIMS and ALL illegals should be rounded up and thrown out of this country or in a military jail and looked at for intelligence and to see if they are one of the 2-3 percent or not. And ALL Mosques should be torn down and never allowed to be rebuilt and NO muslim gathering place should be allowed since they should not be in this country.
And ALL ILLEGALS and ANYONE that supports them should be rounded up and anyone that says they are American that supports Illegals in this country in any way should be jailed and if they helped them in any way should be tossed out of America for treason and lose everything American including the money and life America afforded them.
I include musliims in this as they are NOT a religion they are and ALWAYS have been from the very start been a Terrorist organization and the Koran IS their Terrorist Training manual. Illegals and Muslims have been MOSTLY Thieves and dead weight and a DRAIN on OUR economy and on Social Security that has been ILLEGALLY STOLEN from by gov. to pay for things and it was set up so that they were NOT allowed to touch that money. The ONLY way that money was to be touched was that OUR Seniors and OUR AMERICAN Disabled were to get that money that Almost ALL of them were forced UNCONSTITUTIONALLY to pay into. We have a Gov. now that is WAY bigger than it should be and has Unconstitutionally given itself MORE powers than it is ever allowed to have and could not give itself.
NOW the ONLY way into this country is ONE WAY and ANYONE that tries to go around that, EVEN GOV. is an INVADER and should be put down.
