While this question is interesting one might remember we have most foriegn agents under surveillance. If someone is so naive as to contact a foriegn national, country or embassy within our borders and not expect to become a person of interest does not make them as smart as they think they are. Also FISA is a covert system to watch people used by the past few presidents.
