Do you think President Obama could have ordered (covertly or overtly) wire-tapping of then President-Elect Trump?

I'd be wanting to know if 'That' president and his State Dept. didn't do a "Regime Change" in Libya, since Muammar al-Qaddafi had been behaving ever since R. Reagan sent him a birthday present in the belly of some FB-111's; and then invited inspectors to come in and look around after Desert Storm. Did "That" administration try to pull off a "Contragate" to supply weapons to Syrian rebels.

Could have? He did, and he should be in jail not just for attempting to subvert the election, but for the assortment of other crimes and Constitutional violations he committed.

Yes i think he COULD HAVE, do i think he did? No. I think that the DOJ, was looking at people in Trump tower, and i think it was a legitimate threat, as those wire taps have lead to several arrests and convictions.
