Presidents don't order these type things, they suggest it to those who have the ability. Obama is too intelligent and wise to be in any way associated with wire tapping an opposing party PoTUS candidate.

Of course, he had a major hand in committing illegal wiretap, no telling how many people he had committing these sort of illegal crimes but Obama knows he may be playing possom Obama was being fed Intel the whole time

You know he did, Obama is a 2 face individual, with no morals or common sense, he uses people who do the job so his hands are clean, think about it, follow the 0pattern

Guys if you plan to make a career in the military this is not a question that you should answer or consider. We all have opinions and they are easily express in civilian life!

Yes, I do believe he could have ordered it because he knew Hillary, who was also in on it, was going to be elected President and she would use her executive powers to keep it from being discovered. What neither of them counted on was Trump being elected, and it was President Trump who found out about it when an honest person working at the NSA who knew it was wrong, briefed Trump on it. But even if Obama didn't order it, he had to know about it because, as President, he got daily intelligence briefings from the heads of NSA, CIA, FBI, etc., and spying on a presidential candidate, with no legal basis whatsoever for the spying, is too big of an issue to keep from the President. The bigger question is, Do you think the heads of our national intelligence agencies would risk not only their careers but serious prison time by illegally spying on the sitting President's parties' rival candidate without the President having their backs?

He was and is quite corrupt, so I have no doubt that he either ordered the surveillance or just looked the other way. I also have no doubt that he knew about it.

I think this is an inappropriate question to ask. We are not intel personnel, and if we are, then we shouldn’t be entertaining such divulgence to our security and sovereignty. How do you know you aren’t being monitored? I was, without my knowledge, because I held a Secret Clearance and when need to know TS I was then granted a TS. I was monitored after being assigned to Korea and corresponding with S Korean nationalist friends. I was told to stop or lose my clearance. He was a then candidate for the presidency of the United States. Not a topic we should, or need to discuss, ever.
