Of course he could have. He should not have, if he did, or turned a blind eye to when one of his underlings did, or not punished others within his administration when they stepped over such a line. I am sure it seemed like a safe enough bet at the time because everyone knew Clinton was going to win...but they forgot to convince the American people of this and now we have all the swamp rats scrambling.

My wife quite literally was gonna beat me over the head with the marital rolling pin if I hadn't gone to vote last time, she virtually had to drag me pretty much figuratively kicking and screaming, as she was so gung ho about the new guy, as was everybody in the Pentecostal church we go to, she and all of them are really devout, I just kinda get sucked into their whole vortex, doing my "Yes, dear...." thing, by what's left of my hair (ain't much there, despite the photo)...I hadn't even been in a polling place since Coolidge was in office...it'd been so long, I didn't even know how it was done anymore, honest, guys....

He could have b/c he was the POTUS but didn’t! They needed to wire tap tRump. I believe he was colluding with Russia. I think that’s why he keeps going on about no collusion & won’t stop talking about it. When a person is guilty about something they’ll tend to bring attention to themselves which he does. He talks way too much about the issue. It’s like he’s always pointing to himself saying he did it! Look at me I’m the one that conned the American ppl. They’re so stupid and I got away with it! Anyone that’s worked or been around liars it’s very similar behavior in all of them & easy to spot!

COULD he have ordered? Sure. Honestly, any President has that power.

WOULD he? No. The only ones I noticed who believe any would commit voter fraud of a Nixon level like that are those of the extreme left or right (meaning those who publicly denounce/insult the opposite political parties, ex: "Dumb-ocrats" or "Re-puke-licans"). Even then, there's no basis except theories and guesswork to justify their hate. We're better than that. At least, we SHOULD be.

To be fair, while I don't like Trump, I also believe the same for him. He COULD do this, but I don't believe he would. For all his bluster and childish remarks, there has been no evidence of his illicit activities. He's just a man who got into office out of spite and realized he's in over his head. Nothing more. Nothing less.
