At this point the evidence is almost overwhelming that he had to have at least known that it was going on. Whether he actually ordered, or just let it be known he was OK with it and considered it a good idea has not been clearly established. At best he gave tacit approval, at worst he ordered it himself.

Yes, without a doubt. He has embedded swamprats in every corner of the swamp. Many of them so blindly loyal to his warped vision that nothing is out of bounds. They know that they will be protected from prosecution, ala Clinton and her staff, Kerry, Billy boy and his corrupt “Foundation”, Yates, Power, and now we see that Biden has his own corrupt cabal/gang of thieves and treasonous actors..

Here it is 2020, 3 years later and you'd have to be thick as a brick to think Obama wasn't behind the illegal surveillance on Trump. Three years of failed coup attempts, and millions of WASTED tax dollars later, the Democrats STILL have no answer for Trump.

History will judge Trump to be a great President (albeit controversial), and his Senate acquittal of the Democrats' partisan sham impeachment will be forever. Were it not for Obama's corruption, America would have never voted for a man like Trump.
Trump's lack of political correctness has Liberals unhinged. He has the stones to say what everyone in the room is thinking but is afraid to say because we have been conditioned to not want to upset people. I see Trump's lack of PC as a fresh breath of Spring on an otherwise dreary day. Love him or hate him, Trump tells it like it is and isn't afraid of the consequence. He and Melania have brought a modicum of decorum and respect back to the White House that was lacking with Obama.
Obama was an elitist who lied to the people to get what he wanted and said to those who didn't like his unpopular initiatives, "Elections have consequences. Deal with it." He replaced the leadership of the FBI, CIA, and DHS with people loyal to him and they fed Trump with disinformation when he was a candidate. Obama did his level best to set Trump up to fail. He scheduled the White House to be renovated right after he left Office. Obama also left a cadre of leakers and moles in the agencies that actively worked to undermine Trump, and he was behind the failed coups to unseat Trump after the election. Obama desperately wants to be remembered as a great President and that's not going to happen. His lies and corruption define his legacy.
Trump respects the people enough to tell them the inconvenient truth and I believe he is doing his best to make good on his campaign promise to put America first and make it great again; furthermore, he vowed to represent ALL Americans, even those that didn't vote for him, and to that end, he has kept his word. Blacks, who overwhelmingly voted Democrat in the 2016 election, have benefited most from his policies. Trump kept his promise to make the EU countries pick up their fair share of their defense, which they have done grudgingly, AND he brought high paying tech jobs and manufacturing jobs back to America from overseas. In turning around America's economy, Trump has benefited ALL Americans.
