Of course not. Trump was depending on the gullibility of his brain damaged followers to be easily distracted by his ineptness and inability to to produce what he promised. Trump is the worst POTUS in US history, and the lives of over 500,000 Americans are clearly his fault, not only because he failed to act, when he did act, he acted in his own best interest. Any military commander who performed so poorly...grabbing credit for the work of others, and blaming anyone and everyone for his incompetence, would have been relieved and summarily dismissed from the service.
