When was the last time you seen a NCO Indution, or what happen to the NCO Club, NCO Looking out for other NCO's

I do not believe the tradition is lost as much as it is in hybernation. I believe due to the uptempo with a war on two fronts, and through rapid promotions, it has been difficult at best to upkeep these traditions. We need to get back to them however.

I agree, with the war and rapid promotions there hasn't been much focus on NCO traditions. Especially with how many senior NCOs that are retiring to pass down those traditions. It's up to the current generation of NCOs to practice those traditions and pass them down.

I do see what you are talking about... I am lucky to be surrounded by a strong NCO community of AIT Cadre here in TRADOC. I can't imagine not having this support system. It will be a tough adjustment when I PCS.

Consider yourself blessed SFC Watkins. Everytime I hold an NCO of the quarter board, attempt to do an induction, etc, I am fighting with either Companies deployed on the bubble to deploy, etc.. It is difficult
