Do you think they should allow people get out of the service if they want to? To help with the draw backs. I think it would help allot if they let the ones get out that want to. I know they offer the early out with the ones that are over 15 years.

With the recent drawdowns should the Army allow individuals an opportunity to get out of their contract and leave honorably?

Wouldn't this help the Command as a whole. Instead of trying to find a way to change why not stick with what works. I'm sure if you presented them with a way out they would leave. Why not get rid of the ones who want to leave, and concentrate our future on the ones who want to stay?
