Do you think with the new Total Army Sponsorship Program (TASP) more enlisted Soldiers will get sponsors in a timely manner?

Systems are only as good as the amount of time, care and effort people are willing to put into it...

The quality of the sponsors reflects the amount of emphasis the unit puts into the sponsorship. If a sponsor is not contacting, but has the information, the unit needs to put the hammer down.

I agree 100%. As the TASP Coordinator I am assigning the sponsors and only a few are contacting the Soldiers. There are moments when it seems the unit takes it serious and then other times it's just a check the block

SFC (Join to see) It recently worked out well for me, but I'm not sure if it was because of the program or because they are already expecting me. The person who TASP said was my sponsor was not the one to contact me. So who really knows. Only time will tell.
