About HIA

Founded by firefighters and veterans, Heroes in Action (HIA) is a Dallas based non-profit organization that serves to aim in aiding and expanding fundraising opportunities for police, fire and veterans organizations; and to take ownership in constructing a physical or mobile 9/11 Memorial to be housed in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Through related activities, HIA shall also seek to preserve the memory of those affected by the terrorism events that occurred on 9/11/2001, and engage in general community projects and events for the benefit of police, fire and veterans related non-profit organizations.
