There are two types ARG, Title 10 and Title 32. They both count as military Active Duty time.

AGR counts as active duty, hence the term Active Guard Reserve.

The Guard, I have no clue but for the Reserve, yes. It is active duty time. Have you seen your 1506? That’s a break good breakdown.
