I am a PFC that will promote in 5 months. Neither I nor anyone in my unit knows how to format this 4187. Any examples would be great. I called the SF recruiting office on my post and the didn't have an example 4187 or what I would need to submit a packet for W1. Thank you in advance for your help!

Contact a warrant officer recruiter or PAC. You can also email me at [login to see] and I will help you with the 4187.

Whiskey 1 school. It’s what medics have to go through before going to any special ops unit such as ranger, sf, or civil affairs. Basically a paramedic course on steroids.

Try the "Education" office, no; not the local Community Collage,,, When I was Active it was called a WOC[Warrant Officer Candidate] application. Ft Rucker may be able to help even if its for ???

Contact your local SF recruiting team. W2 or W4 (the Civil Affairs Medic Course, I forgot which one it is) should be available.

You need to be selected to go to a special operations unit. Volunteer for the 160th or the 75th

If you contact the Warrant Officer Canidate school, and ask them to explain the school format for the 4187; it’s worth a try. Or you may be able to call your branch manager at HRC for adice
