PV2 (Join to see) - I see you are listed as a Horizontal Construction Engineer. Does this mean that you have enlisted to be one and haven't gone to training yet, or that you have been to training and are currently serving as one?

You just did basic right? You know how busy it is. He'll call when he can call.

Few years old now, but likely still in place.

As SGM Erik Marquez linked for you the policy from 2013, and it is probably still effective, but if you have not been instructed by your Drill Sergeants/Cadre you soon will be. Otherwise, there will a section of wall either in your barracks or Company area (or both) a bulletin board with all policies in place. There, you will find a copy of the current cell phone usage policy for IET Soldiers.
