I've reached that point on the Deadlift where I have to do extra grip training than before. Do you enjoy farmers walks, wrist curls, dead hangs, etc?

I hate most farmers carries and the like that strengthen grip because I have midget digits. They are super good for you, and I begrudgingly do them.

SGT (Join to see) - Deadlift more? My hands are small, so the higher the weight of DB or KB the wider the handles generally... I've had to resort to straps for my deadlifts past 250lbs. Pull ups and gymnastic movements seem to help as well.

To be honest, the only grip stuff I do is Battle Ropes and I hate every second of those 30-45 second sets.

DO pull-ups (not chin-ups) in full battle-rattle until you drop :D
