Does anyone has experiences of being 91B in AGR program and can you share them with me, please?

I got out Active Duty last year and transitioned to Reserve. Served 6 years as a 91B. I am considering many options to move forward with my military career and applying for AGR program as a 91B is one of my back ups of back ups. If anyone has experiences of being a 91B in AGR program, I would love to hear them. Like pros and cons, getting assigned to what type of or what level of units, how promotions look like or how large the population is, etc. Thank you in advance!
