Cool, are they good about screening the renters? Have you ever had any issues with troublesome renters?

They do everything screen the renters, inspections of the home throught the lease term, request maintenence to the place and also determine who pays for the maintenence in case it is the tennants fault. They charge 10% of the rent and if the place isnt rented they are not getting paid. They communicate regularly with us and we get the monthly statement and the yearly tax paperwork with everything you need to fill out the taxes. If you have a home to rent it will be easier than if you have a condo or apartment as there is more demand for houses. We have both and never had any issues getting it rented the condo on the other hand it is harder to rent because of location and ne developmenta in the area. Overall great service no complaints.
