Does anyone have an orderly room SOP?
I’m having to create one since there hasn’t been an existing one in my company and I’m trying to square them away.

My thoughts exactly, now I see why it was so dysfunctional and Soldiers paperwork was having so much issues getting completed. But I’m trying to be part of the solution

1) Recieve item (paperwork, e-mail, box of supplies, etc.)
2) Determine who the intended recipient of said item is.
3) review item for completeness, accuracy, and formatting in relation to recipients preferences/requirements.
4) If item meet requirements, send to recipient
4a) if item does not meet requirements return to sender
5) who else needs to know?
5a) loop in other personnel as necessary via CC, photocopy, or other relevant manner
6) lather
7) rinse
8) repeat
