Does anyone have experience competing for, or have won the "Army Award for Maintenance Exellence" (AAME)?

If anyone has any experience in competing or have won, I would like to hear about it. What did it take to win this award or to even be a runner up? I want to compete for it, but I first need to learn more about it. I have done some research online, but I want to hear personal experiences. Thank you.

Look up a CW2 Fuentes on Global. He's a very intelligent and experienced Warrant and he's competed for the AAME while he was a motor sgt. He used to be my tech

We won army level and got beat out by another branch, as others have said it's a lot of late nights for your clerks and mechanics, Redoing packets

Find CW2 Joshua Cameron on global we are competing and have recently won 1st in Forscom this year and are preparing for the DA inspection he is very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction we have won 2nd the last 2 years in the AMME inspection.
