Does anyone know anything about the 8th Psychological Operations Group?

I'm on orders for the 8th Psychological Operations Group. I'm here at Ft. Bragg and have already in processed through the reception BN, however due to the holiday I will not go to the unit until Monday. I am a 35F and I'm wondering if anyone on RP knowes anything about this organization and what we as intelligence do to support their mission. Always remember OPSEC, I don't want anyone putting any info here that doesn't need to be said here.

Be prepared for a very different job than you're probably used to.
In terms of information and intelligence you'll be handling, the unit you are in will generate more than you bring in from outside. Psyop elements are often in the role of sensor, and they'll be generating reports on attitudes and trends in the populations they affect that will be used by end users outside your unit.
What the Psyop commander will want is different too.
Check out FM 3-05.301 if you want a head start.
