Does anyone know how long it takes for an Army National Guard record to be pulled over to the Army Reserve?

I went through USAREC and finalized my DD 368 Conditional Release from the ARNG and signed the DD4 enlistment contract for the USAR on 12 July at MEPS. I sent the DD 368 & DD4 to the ARNG who cut discharge orders effective 11 July to USAR Control Group (Reinforcement) on 25 July. Since that time though my military email has been deleted and CAC certificates revoked. When I inquired to HRC regarding the issue they stated their system showed a "veteran" status. When I contacted the USAR unit they couldn't find anything. Does anyone worked with before that can offer insight?

Thanks everyone, it turns out that the status update was just running really slow through the system However, everything got updated and corrected this week. I appreciate all of the support from each of my fellow NCOs who got involved to assist me in this transition.

Not long when you out processed the Guard they should have had all of your IPERMS on a disc so that your UA could verify everything once you in process the Reserves. Let me know if you need any assistance I was in the Guard and went Reserves and was a UA in the Reserves and now I’m Active

Nevermind my response here Derek... I sent you an email, you're all set. Let me know if you have any issues. I have contacts for support and your new unit ready if you need them.

I know exactly what happened and all is not lost, but your recruiter may be sad.
You can work with a 79V and request transfer to the reserve on a 4187, the gaurd hit the wrong button but youre probably still ok. Regardless of where you are I can put you in contact with the right person. Email me and I can pull your record and set you straight. [login to see]

You need to request your records from the State level records site in order for your new unit to upload them to iperms.
As for how long it takes, that will vary widely from state to state.
Here in Minnesota, about 60 days. That's a pretty good guestimate.
