Does anyone know how to coordinate pistol qualification through Range 16?

I've been attempting to set up a range to qualify with the M9, and heard about Range 16 through the MWR on Fort Campbell. Does anyone have any info on this?
P.S. I've already checked the MWR website and asked our training NCO. There isn't much information available online. If your answer is "ask someone at your unit" don't bother.

Call range control....ask.... "Hey my unit wants to set up pistol qual at Range 16 the POF range, are there different open and close procedures for that range?" The answer will likely tell you your on the right track, or that you have been misled that unit training can take place on the POF range.
Call MWR at the POF range (Range 16) and ask. "Hey so, to request range 16 for unit training, do we do that though MWR or the standard land and ammo request system at our S3?" The answer will likely tell you your on the right track, or that you have been misled that unit training can take place on the POF range.
What lands and ammo request system is Fort Campbell using these days? Is range 16 listed to be selected and requested?
Have you gone to your BN S3 lands and ammo "guy" and asked?

I appreciate the information! I'm MEDDAC, so we don't have your typical "S Shops" like other units. Despite being here for over a year, I'm still not used to it. I'm not entirely sure of the procedure, but will be attending an Ammo Handlers course in the near future. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get through to the POC I was told would be able to handle it. Again, thanks for the help! I'll look into it more today.

He is right, range control controls all ranges. I know there is a civilian range at Knox that is the only one range control doesn't control. Now they may have something like Jackson called the goldroom that coordinates all ranges, but Jackson has that because it is a TRADOC range and has to coordinate BCT and AIT.
