Does anyone know of decent housing around Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos?

I got orders for my first AGR tour at Los Alamitos, CA. I will be moving from Florida. Any tips for hosing around the area?

The area surrounding the Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos is predominantly a Navy/Coast Guard populated area. There is Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach and Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach. I suggest including the housing offices at both bases as part of your contacts and research. I am Coast Guard and lived on an Army base twice and a Navy base during my career. My experience is that each military service helps out each other when they can, either with advice/tips on the local civilian sector housing situation or actual on base housing assignment.
