Does anyone know of recruiters for civilian jobs that specifically talk to companies to promote and connect veterans with jobs?

This is something good I have tried to do some research in but didn't find much. I've always wanted to help a non profit in this space of specifically connecting veterans with companies looking to hire veterans. I know places will help but I was wondering if anyone knew of an organization that this was all they did?
