Does anyone know the regulatory guidance (as of FY18) for the DD 4/1, to include current ALARACTS and MILPER Messages?

I have been asked to provide the regulatory guidance on DD 4/1 Block 8b using the verbiage:
"REENL TPU IAW AR 140-111, CHAP 6.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF MY REENLISTMENT IS ONE DAY FOLLOWING MY CURRENT ETS DATE OF 20170313, THEREFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE IS 20170314. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT ANY REENLISTMENT BONUS PAYMENTS WILL BEGIN ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
THIS CONTRACT EXPIRES ON (ETS) 20230313."
The reenlistment is IAW AR 140-111 Chapter 6, but the current version published on APD does not support the above verbiage and dates back to IMMEDIATE REENLISTMENTS. The above statement is automated in RMS v3 and has been the standard since I went through 79V course, but I have been unable to locate any MILPER or ALARACTs that support this change.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

So the results of my research so far is:
The main regulations covering the DD Form 4 are AR 140-111 Table 5-1 and AR 601-280 Appendix L.
The information in these seems to be out of date and does not support the verbiage used in current business practice for reenlistments. The information is more concurrent with initial enlistments and immediate reenlists from previous business practices.
All of the MILPER Messages and ALARACTs I have read so far deal with AGR Soldiers and CSMs instead of producing contractual timelines or the desired verbiage to be used in reenlistment contracts.
On a positive note, the person I needed to provide a copy of this specific guidance was satisfied with a completed timeline worksheet and supporting documents.
