Does anyone know what is actually taught in the Petroleum and Water Officer Course?

The course description looks like it is a high level overview from the staff perspective. It says: "The Petroleum & Water Officer Course (PWOC) is the culminating petroleum course for DOD officers, providing eight weeks of intensive training and planning in all areas of petroleum, water and laboratory operations, including field trips to various DOD and civilian petroleum facilities."

If this is as it appears, I think you will find TBOLC was more difficult.
