I am currently AD AF looking to transition. I am trying to make the upcoming November board but was just curious as to what the selection rates are looking like. I have a bachelors, a decent SIFT score (58), some solid LORs, but I’ve only been in for less than 3 years and I’m concerned my low TIS could negatively impact me? Am
I overthinking that?! Any advice for a solid package would be extremely helpful!

You’ll get picked up if you apply. They want guys with very little experience that they can mold and get a lot of years out of to ensure a lack of experience shortage. You need to 100% apply immediately

The Army is still desperate for Aviators and likely will be for a while with the 10 year ADSO change and upcoming WO1 TIG reset. Like WO1 (Join to see) said, drop your packet and you'll get picked up.
