Does anyone know what U13-20 means in the Fedrec Process?

U13-20 is the scroll number you are on. U is for warrant. 13 is the 13th scroll for FY2020

I don’t know what that means, but here is a flow chart of the process. Mine took I think 150-180 days if not more to go through. Most others I know had a similar wait time. It’s a long process.
