Does anyone know when promotion packets are due for the Ohio Army National Guard for 2016?

You must have SSD2 complete. ALC can be completed after promotion however my understanding is that the SM will not be pinned until after ALC has been completed.

There is usually a list of dates put out threw your chain you can ask your squad or line leader for a copy of it.

yes, as of 1 Jan 2016, all schools....both DL and Resident.......must be complete before promotions will take place. As for when your packets are due, this question can easily be answered by a a few locations:

1) Your chain can present that question higher until the answer comes back to you.
2) You can direct this question to either your S1 or your S3.

In my BN, the info for packet turn in is issued out from 1 of 2 locations.....Either my S1 OIC sends it out to all Commanders and 1SG's.....or my BN CSM sends an email to all the 1SG's.

I had the opportunity to go to ALC as an E5. Only NCOES requirement for promotion to E6 is WLC (or whatever it's called now).
