Why does the FEDREC status for "number of days" stay a "0" for months? Is there another way to see your FED REC status?

The best answer I've gotten on this is that your scroll day count doesn't actually start until NGB submits your packet to DMPM. So it may sit at NGB for months before it actually starts the process that Congress ordered be reduced to 100 days or less.
