Does anyone knows what is the selection rate for 153A?

And what are my chances of getting picked up as a SPC, I just dropped my packet for the next board, and im kind of overthinking it, im a 15N Avionics Mechanic.

Seeing as we are about 700+ aviators short of what we should have, it’s pretty high.

I will be starting WOCS soon, and there are a number of junior enlisted students here. I don't think rank is taken into as much consideration as other qualities such as education and recommendations. Best of luck to you!
