Does JAG offer lawyers for custody of children and child support ordeals?

I am almost certain unless time has changed but JAG lawyers cannot get involved in divorces or child custody but they can give you legal advice. Unless it is a military matter involves something to do with the military I am almost 100% positive they cannot get involved in civil matter's especially divorce or child custody. Back in 2003 they could not and would not help me with mine I had to go out and get my own civilian lawyer to deal with it all.

Best bet set up an appointment with your local JAG office and speak to one to get the facts.

JAG is not normally allowed to be involved with civilian cases- they can give advice- that's about it
