Does mishandling classified information make you unfit for command?

I can’t argue with that either. I’ve long been a detractor of the two major parties that have ensconced themselves into positions of power and then set up a system for themselves that makes it all but impossible for for anyone who is not part of their R/D collective to have any real voice in government.
That being the case, I would also ask what a third party would look like. Would it be the Green Party? The Communist Party of America? Anarchists? Libertarians? Conservatives? TEA Party? The Rent Is Too Damn High Party? (Yeah, that was a real guy, folks.) ANTIFA? BLM? The KKK? ( No wait, we had that already; they were all elected as Democrats.)
It’s my contention that those who want these third
party political clans in positions of power really should be cautious in regards to who they choose to support.
Having seen the likes of some third party candidates in the past does make me somewhat jaded on that as well...
I am personally a conservative in some aspects and libertarian in others. I am NOt socialist by any stretch and never will be again. (Age,experience,and wisdom)

History shows that third parties are not always the best cure for what ails a nation. After all, Adolf
Hitler and the got their start primarily because the German people were sick and fed up with the politicians they had in office in the 1930’s.
I do believe that the corrupt and greedy RINO’s and Dems who inhabit congress today are a far greater threat to this republics than any one President. It is they, after all, who have the power and responsibility to legislate. They have absolute control over the taxation of Americans and spending that is done, the ratification of treaties, declarations of war(or not), Presidential appointment ratifications to the Supreme Court and his cabinet, and any number of other duties.
As far as I am tell, they(the House and Senate) have all but abdicated many of their constitutional duties and responsibilities and they have absolutely betrayed their individual paths of office over the last 5+ decades. The problem is that, beginning with the ratification of the 17th Ammendment, congress, especially the Senate, no longer fears being held accountable by their states for malfeasance in office. And, since there are no term limits imposed on congressional office holders not the Supreme Court, these people in many cases, have their entire adult lives imposing their will onto a public that has either been too dumbed down to realize it is being used and enslaved for the benefit of the big brother state, or just too complacent to give a damn.
One solution, and aom thing inhaveblearned a lot about, this because meit by a proponent of, is our constitutional authority to hold an Article IV Constitutional Convention of the States. (I don’t have time to explain. Look it up and so some research.) to be totally honest, that is the only way Insee that we, as a nation, will ever be able to take back power from the DV establishment and the monstrous machine they have built for themselves; the only way possible to impose the limits upon them that they have so blatantly been allowed I ignore for far too long. It is a complete and utter waste of time to expect any of the DC establishment to ever even pretend to remain within its constitutional limitations at this point in time when it’s so totally obvious that the corrupt and greedy individuals who hold office there have no intention of allowing themselves to be reined in. They are now dr no inn power and have been imbrued with an insatiable list from r more that can never be satisfied. Our constitution now means about as much to them as something stuck to the bottom of their shoe or only t be invoked to the extent that it serves “their” purposes.
The more I think about it on second thought, we don’t really need a third political party in this “representative republic” as much as we need to, once again, educate ourselves about the founding of the United States, the U.S. Constitution, the role that a constitutionally limited government should correctly play, and the duty & responsibility we Americans have to ensure that it stays that way...

For now at least, I've signed up with the Green party. I don't agree with all their stances; however, they are the only nationally known party where I can at least agree with most of their platform.

I believe in maximum liberty for individuals and that we should be the ones using government (not corporations) to promote the general welfare. If it were up to me I'd want our government to work a lot more like Sweden or Denmark.

The problem we face today is that in our current political environment, money = speech and the oligarchy that controls most of the money, also controls the media and the government. Until we resolve that issue, the best we can do is apply the occasional band-aid.

I think you were right with the first paragraph. We need our leaders to solve world problems, not whether they handle the paperwork correctly.

Service members who did the same things would be issued orange uniforms.
