I was divorced officially after my retirement date and had remarried. I have been told a couple times that my current wife rates an ID card and I should get her one. As far as I know she wouldn't rate because I was retired when we married. I can't find any info on DEERS that would explain this.

Yes, all current defendants of age, should be provided with a card.

She's your wife, she is eligible to have an ID card. You can't enroll her into the Deers program without her being registered into the system.

I was retired when we had our last child and she got and ID card when she came of age and was added to DEERS right away.
