Prior service Marine now on in the Army Reserve considering going the officer route if O-1E pay applies to my situation.

Yep. Prior enlisted Army here. I got O1-E pay when I commissioned in the Air Force Reserves and then O2-E and O3-E pay as active duty Navy. It goes away at O4, but by then you're likely maxed out on the pay scale anyway.

What, how come no Marine or Coast Guard Time? ;^).
I don't think I've ever ran into anyone that had served in three distinct Branches of the Service. I salute you.

CPT Lawrence Cable - Actually... as a Navy Chaplain I've served with the Marines for 3 years. I spent a year with 1st Battalion 3d Marines (Infantry) and 2 years with 1st Battalion 12th Marines (Artillery). And my next assignment will be with the Coast Guard. So I will have been assigned to units and worn the uniforms of all 5 branches.

Do you have over 4 years of active enlisted service including your IADT time. If so, you will qualify.
