Does the Army offer programs to get a masters in exercise physiology to work more closely with the H2F program or another entity of the sort?

I see a lot of my peers getting into programs to get a master's program to go into acquisitions, computer science, and other things. I have not been able to find a program that gives people who are more interested in exercise science/physiology to aid the Army in forming/running the H2F program or another program like it.
