I'm specifically looking at the Cisco CCNA courses many learning companies offer, but I'm not willing to commit until I have some kind of answer. And the VA is next to useless when I try to find out from them. Anyone who's gone through this, I would be mightily appreciative of your time.

Yes, the GI Bill can cover non-degree course work (including technical training). The program/course has to have some sort of VA accreditation. So I would recommend finding a place that teaches the training courses you are interested in first and then asking their financial department to see if they accept GI Bill benefits. <div><br></div><div>If the first one says no, I would ask a few other organizations just to make sure, because it's possible some training institutions just haven't bothered to go through the trouble to get on the VA list, but the course material is still eligible.</div>

Technical schools and technical programs in college are all eligible for GI Bill. Use caution with "technical schools" they often charge an absurd amount of money "GI BILL" time for relatively short programs.
