Does the HPSP cover the three year residency, as well as my vet school, or just vet school?

Hey guys I am currently enrolled at Oregon State for the their online Zoology Bachelors degree, I am wanting to attend OSU's DVM program to become a veterinarian. My plan is to complete my bachelors by the end of this enlistment then use the HPSP to attend Vet School. I want to do surgery as a vet which requires additional residency to become board certified as a surgical vet. My question is does the HPSP cover the three year residency as well as my vet school or just vet school?
