Does the Radiological Packaging Course or JKO Course Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education I get college credit?

I did a little research and it seems that successful completion of the Radiological Packaging Course may be creditable towards a degree in Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Packaging from the University of Nevada, Reno Mechanical Engineering Department
Supported by the U.S. Department of Energy Packaging Certification Program and DOE National Laboratories.
It is a required course for that degree [as long as it meets US DOE standards]
