Does the WOCS application checklist need to be digitally signed?

The previous edition of the checklist had digital signature fields for the S1, CSM, and CW, but the updated form (22MAY2018) only has a line to be hand written on. Most everything else in the application has digital signatures, so I thought this was odd and just wanted to make sure to get it right. Thanks!
