During a jump, have you ever had to deploy your reserve parachute?

I'm a 5 jump chump and all my jumps went fine, thankfully. I was wondering who here on RP ever had to pull their reserve chute during a jump, and what that experience was like. Or, if you saw this happen to a friend, etc. Would enjoy some stories.

I've seen it happen though, but not due to malfunction. They just got nervous on the exit count. Back in the day, I knew a guy who had a double malfunction with the T-10D and Soft Loop Center Pull MIRPS. He said his Main did a squid, and his Reserve flopped out (hand might have blocked the spring). He said had to actually pick up the reserve and throw it to the wind.
