During my last re-evaluation the VA failed to include my feet/legs, which make up the last 30%. How can I get them to re-add that?

I have requested assistance from the local VA reps, but have had no luck in contacting them. My disability was dropped from 100% to 70% with them dropping my feet, which is the bigger issue.

Contact the VA or physically go their with your medical records. Another thing to consider is that if you haven't been seeking continued care for said issues but are receiving it for other issues, they will take that at the condition had improved since you last visit.

The condition certainly has not improved. I am in physical therapy for it now, and that has increased my falls. I will contact them directly, thank you.
