Enlisted SNCO's in other services do not have ranks in the new NCOER. Will leaving the rank block blank be accepted by HRC?

I am the rater for two army personnel. One of my NCO's has an evaluation due this month. While writing it, I cannot place my Navy Rank in the Rank spot, it only has Naval Officer ranks. Does anyone know if HRC will accept it blank or is there a fix for this.

We just ran into the same issue. Playing around with the new form we found out you need to select, other. Then you can manually type in the Rank. Not sure why this is this way as most selections for the "NCO"er will be SSG and SFC.

Not sure if this relates to Navy NCOER, but just recently I did an NCOER on the other SSG in my unit. Choosing SSG in the Rater rank block was not an option. I had to choose OTHER and then type in my rank. Perhaps that will be the same in your case.
