I log onto AKO and click on "EMail" and then it brings me to this "Your AKO mailbox is no longer receiving any new mail; all incoming messages are being sent to your Enterprise Email (EE) inbox. Access it, using a CAC, at https://web.mail.mil." & I click on the link to the email. I then click the agree button to consent and am given an answer "Your session could not be established.

The session reference number: c6a5f5a7

Access was denied by the access policy. This may be due to a failure to meet access policy requirements.

If you are an administrator, please go to Access Policy >> Reports : All Sessions page and look up the session reference number displayed above.

To open a new session, please click here."

Any solutions or advice really appreciated. Can't verify my account without accessing my Enterprise Email

I've told my Team Leader for the past 5 months and my Squad Leader for the past two months including this past drill making it three consecutive months. I downloaded Rally Point because consistently no one in my unit has answers to anything about any questions I ever have, so I need my Enterprise Email to verify myself which is the only applicable option to myself towards verification. However, the phone number the SSG just listed is reliable and they said call back in an hour and a half and they'll square me away.

PFC (Join to see) - I'm rather surprised and shocked that your Team Leader and Squad Leader have not been able to help you by now. Even if they don't know the answer, they should at least know where to find the answer.

I know this was 8 months ago but the SSG shouldn't be too shocked. I am a CPT with 18 total years in and I can't get my e mail to work either

This "new" E mail system is Garbage. The onky people that CAN use it, is the hacker community....

I get this every now and then. It's hit or miss. I was using it for an hour on a computer at Andrew AFB flawlessly and now I keep getting the same error. The military really NEEDS to switch to GMAIL. It's much easier to use and no easier to hack than the current garbage they use now. I check my email as much as I am able to. Its useless overall but I'm sure there's a brilliant reason we have this, smh.

Have you tried the solutions at militarycac.com? Judging by the page you screenshotted, I'm guessing that you don't have the correct root certificates installed. Again, see militarycac.com. If that is not the issue, go under addons and disable shockwave flash, then clear your history, restart your browser and try again. In my experience every time enterprise fails to load, you MUST clear your history or it will continue to fail.

I am a SFC and I can't get it to work either even using the military CAC web page. Don't bother calling the numbers listed because they only help military work stations. Some will try t help but will tell you that they are not supposed to. I have cleared and reloaded the reader and still no dice
