Ets leave can I add more in a short time frame or ask commander?

I’m medboarding and miscalculated my ets leave. I will have 18 days instead of 30. Is there a way I can add more with only 1 month left. Or ask the commander?

I'm unclear on what you're asking. Are you asking about taking 18 days of ETS leave instead of 30? That would be less, not more.

SPC (Join to see) - Still need clarification. How many days of accrued leave do you have? Do you have only 18 days accrued, but you want to take 30 days?

LTC Kevin B. I have only 18. I know I won’t be able to take 30. I miscalculated when I took leave in nov now I only have 18 days in total to use. And just trying to figure out with little time I have left can I some how add more

SPC (Join to see) - I doubt any commander would give you additional days that you don't already have (and you won't earn by the time you get out). You can always ask, but don't expect a positive response. The best case scenario is that they will adjust the leave amount to add any additional days you'll earn leading up to your ETS date.
