SITUATION: I am currently enrolled in MACP; the husband and I are out of FT Hood. He is less than 3 yrs from retirement and does not want to leave FT Hood. I, on the other hand am trying to get to the RNCOA at FT Gordon for career advancement. Ergo, I will be going to Gordon alone. I just need an example 4187 ASAP to send to him for his signature so I can get put on assignment to Gordon without pulling him from Hood. My S1 is having no luck and I think I have googled everything under the sun to find it, again, with no luck. Does ANYONE know where I can find one, to include remarks at the bottom. I am at a complete loss on this one. I appreciate anything you have. TM

I have an example at my office since I am the S1 NCOIC for my unit. Send me your email and I will send it to you.

SSG (Join to see) were you able to get what you needed? It's basically the same as the one requesting enrollment, just change it to say request Disenrollment. I believe your brigade S1 is here on Arifjan with me and I know the NCOIC. Let me know if I can help facilitate.
